产品应用：These mice contain (STOP-hPLAP): the human alkaline phosphatase, placental (Regan isozyme), ALPP, gene under the control of the CAG (chicken beta actin promoter/enhancer and cytomegalovirus immediate-early enhancer) promoter, inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. Expression of the ALPP gene is blocked by a loxP-flanked STOP fragment placed between the ALPP sequence and the Gt(ROSA)26Sor promoter. This strain serves as a reporter strain, with successful Cre-mediated excision being indicated by ALPP expression in cre-expressing tissues.
