产品应用：These Osr2-IresCre (or Osr2IresCre) mice harbor an IRES-Cre inserted into the 3' UTR of Osr2 (odd-skipped related 2 (Drosophila)) locus. When bred with mice containing a loxP-flanked sequence, Cre-mediated recombination will result in deletion of the floxed sequence primarily in developing palate mesenchyme and metanephric mesenchyme-derived glomeruli tissues in the offspring. These mice may be useful for generating conditional mutations for studying developmental biology (palate and kidney development).
