产品应用：These transgenic mice express improved Cre recombinase (iCre) under the control of the mouse kidney androgen regulated protein (Kap). Transgene induction occurs with endogenous androgen (testosterone) treatment. Cre recombinase expression is detected in the proximal tubule cells of the renal cortex in male mice. When crossed with a strain containing loxP site flanked sequence of interest, Cre-mediated recombination results in deletion of the targeted gene in the proximal tubule cells of the kidney.
