产品应用：These Cd8a-Cre transgenic mice (Stock No. 008766) have Cre recombinase activity observed in peripheral CD8+ T cells (CD8α+CD8β+ αβT cells and CD8α+CD8β- αβT cells, but not in CD4+CD8α-CD8β- αβT cells). The transgenic construct also contains GFP, which co-expresses with Cre, but the GFP expression is very low via flow cytometry. These mice may be useful for deletion of loxP-flanked sequences in CD8a-expressing cells.
