产品应用：These transgenic mice express Cre recombinase under the control of the human beta hemoglobin (HBB) promoter and intron 2-enhancer fragment, and the human beta hemoglobin locus control region (LCR). When crossed with a strain containing a loxP site-flanked sequence, Cre-mediated recombination results in deletion of the targeted sequence in erythroid tissues. These Cre recombinase expressing mutant mice may be useful in generating tissue specific-targeted mutants useful in studies of erythropoiesis and hematopoiesis.
