产品应用：These MMTV-Cre/Line D mice express a transgene containing the MMTV LTR promoter directing expression of Cre recombinase. High levels of recombination have been detected in the virgin and lactating mammary gland, salivary gland, seminal vesicle, skin, erythrocytes, B cells and T cells. MMTV-Cre Line D is not reported to have any significant expression in oocytes.
