产品应用：LratCre transgenic mice express a cre recombinase directed by mouse Lrat (lecithin-retinol acyltransferase [phosphatidylcholine-retinol-O-acyltransferase]) promoter elements. Cre recombinase activity is observed in hepatic stellate cells in the liver as well as in Lrat-expressing cells of other organs. This strain may be useful for in vivo lineage tracing and functional analysis of hepatic stellate cells in liver fibrosis.
