产品应用：Crybb1-iCre knock-in/knock-out mice have an iCre recombinase gene inserted into exon 1 of the crystallin, beta B1 (Crybb1) locus, abolishing endogenous Crybb1 expression. When these mice are bred with mice containing a loxP-flanked sequence of interest, Cre-mediated recombination will result in deletion of the floxed sequences in the Crybb1-expressing cells of the offspring. These mice may be useful for tracking microglia and border-associated macrophages (BAMS) during embryonic development.
