产品应用：The CB2EGFP/f knock-in mice constitutively express an IRES-eGFP fusion sequence under the control of the endogenous cannabinoid receptor 2 (macrophage) gene promoter (Cnr2). These mice also possess loxP sites flanking exon 3 of the Cnr2 gene. These mice may be useful as a fluorescent reporter and in generating conditional mutations for studying neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), multiple sclerosis (MS) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
