They also contain a Cd19cre allele (Stock No. 006785) with cre expression in B-lymphocytes during development and differentiation. When bred to MDRCas9 double homozygous mice (Stock No. 037071), these mice have applications in studies related to tumorigenesis and therapeutic management of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
