产品应用：Fbxo2VHC mice have a multicistronic reporter inserted into the ATG start codon of the F-box protein 2 (Fbxo2) gene. Specifically, this vector includes (from 5' to 3') an H2B-Venus fusion protein (coding sequence for the human HIST1H2BB gene [histone 1 H2bb] with a C-terminal yellow fluorescent protein sequence), a hygromycin resistance gene flanked with viral P2A oligopeptides, a cre/ERT2 fusion gene (Cre recombinase fused to a human estrogen receptor ligand binding domain), and a polyadenylation signal. Insertion of this reporter cassette abolishes Fbxo2 gene expression. These mice may be useful when studying inner ear sensory epithelial cells.
