产品应用：Esr2-IRES2-Cre-D knock-in mice are designed to have Cre recombinase expression/activity directed by the endogenous Esr2 promoter/enhancer sequences. In the brain, it is observed mainly in medial amygdalar nucleus, bed nuclei of the stria terminalis, paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, cortical layer 6 and scattered neurons elsewhere in the brain. These mice may be used to generate conditional mutations for studying gain-or-loss of function and/or fate mapping in ESR2-expressing cells.
