产品应用：These Klf3-GCE mutant mice have a tamoxifen inducible Cre-mediated recombination system. A GFP-Cre/ERT2 cassette (GCE) was inserted into the endogenous locus. Following tamoxifen administration weak green fluorescence is detected in the back, limbs and kidney of E15.5 heterozygous embryos while Cre recombinase activity is detected in kidney from E15.5 heterozygous embryos. This mutant mouse strain may be useful in studies of genitourinary system development.
